Tracks 1-3 are based on tutorials from the book Apple Training Series: GarageBand by Mary Plummer, as used in a course at Quinnipiac University. 11 is in much the same boat. * Tracks 4-8, 10, and 12-16 are constructed primarily from loops bundled with Apple Garageband and Apple Soundtrack.
