It's the opening titles to seasons one and two of the popular, Connecticut-based, hockey-themed chat show Around the Boards, featuring Michael Kataja, Steven U. Udal, and Jeffrey Aronson.

It was shot the night before our premiere episode, edited the day of our premiere episode, in Adobe Premiere (and a touch of After Effects), and slightly refined in the week or two after.

The song is called Poem, and it's by a band called Taproot - not, as some mistakenly believe, the Camera Shy Paparazzi.
